不銹鋼鍋具耐用、不易生銹， 無化學塗層處理，是許多人在廚房的好幫手，不過面對琳瑯滿目的不鏽鋼鍋，又該如何挑選。有專家指出，不銹鋼分成許多等級，在300系列的鍋具中 ，太薄太輕的不要買，因為容易焦黑，表面粗糙的，則不易清洗。建議選擇鍋身厚、且表面光滑的不鏽鋼鍋，最為實用。
